having come into commercial production more than two decades
ago i.e. in the year 1987, then in the outskirts of Jodhpur, a
small town. With lapse of time, we have grown like a Town to a
City, from strength to strength, have reached a platform from
where we can provide our services to any place or part, the
world over.
The Company is being taken care of by a
single handed personality Mr. Sunil Sharma, who hails
from a family with many generations of Master Craftsmen,
having grown from childhood to perfect and horn his skills
since the incept of this Unit. Our Unit mainly provides
products from wood, metal and an array of mixtures which
include Camel Bone, White Metal, Wood-Metal, and leather based
products. Our factory has state of the art infrastructure to
meet all required International Standards, sufficient to
provide all our customers for fulfillment of their
requirements from a single window:-
1. Our Unit is
spread out on an area of 60000 Sq. feet, having inbuilt the
following :-
(a)
A Wood Seasoning & Treatment Unit ? with a
capacity to season and treat of minimum 6000 Cubic feet of
wood per month (which exceeds any other Unit installed in the
vicinity).
(b)
Our Unit has installed Machines duly imported from
abroad to provide the best to our Customers i.e. Saw, Gauge
and Surface Planer /Turning / Sanders /Grinders, Hand operated
and Power Operated Presses/Jig, Gas Welding, Cutters and
Grinders etc. etc. All these items find their use for sizing
and shaping of the initial products for finishing.

For the Finishing Section we have installed Large
Powder Coating Plant, Furnace for roasting of products when in
bulk production for giving off Antique effects, Multi-guns
Compressors for color spraying.

We also have in-housed an Exclusive Showroom
within our Factory premises for providing first hand
Inspection cum Product Viewing for our visitors/guests who
invariably become our regular and valued Customers.
WORK FORCE
Our Unit is
supported with by a group of Professionals and highly
experienced Artisans. Our city presently has in excess of
100,000 experienced work force in the field of Handicrafts, of
which more than 85 are on our daily payroll and the balance
can be made available to our Company within the shortest
provided time, whose services are taken to fulfill timely
supplies, when Bulk consignments are accepted. With such a
powerful workforce available to us, we are not only able but
can boast of our capabilities to produce quantities of
material to stuff a 40 foot high cube container
everyday.
FIELD EXPERTISE
We also have a
team of Qualified Experts, who handle the Design and
Development of enhancing of already existing products
including changes etc. and bringing in new products to provide
our existing as well as new customers a large variety to
choose from. As on date our products range in the different
Spheres, being undertaken well exceeds the 5000 Mark, which
can be viewed over our Website, wherein we are posting in new
products as and when the same are being
launched.
QUALITY CONTROL
With
regard to Quality Control, we have a qualified team to handle
and provide all required assistance to those buyers /
Customers interested to inspect their Consignments prior to
lifting and shipping of the same. Our Q&C Personnel work
round the clock keeping close track with production parameters
as have been laid down by the Management, from checking of the
initial raw material, production levels and finally to
finishing and follow-up to inspection by buyer or his
Representative/Inspection Agent. We also provide After-Sales
services to our prestigious customers.

Our Company is providing to all who
serve here an atmosphere of being provided with every amenity
which has also been a reason for all these years of great
success. Most of the built out area has been provided with
proper air conditioning, and other facilities as are being
provided as is in various Multinational Companies within our
